Musubi (operated by Aditya Yadav, Jaipur, Rajasthan) is a creator performance marketing platform that connects brands with content creators (clippers) in India. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

For all users:

• Full name, email address, phone number
• Account credentials (passwords stored encrypted, never in plain text)
• Device information and IP address for fraud prevention
• Usage data (pages visited, actions taken, timestamps)

For Brands additionally:

• Business name, category, GST number (optional)
• Wallet top-up history and campaign spend data
• Razorpay payment details (we never store card numbers — all payment data handled by Razorpay's PCI-DSS certified system)

For Clippers additionally:

• UPI ID for receiving payouts
• Razorpay contact and fund account ID (for UPI payout processing)
• Submission history, view counts, earnings data
• Social media post URLs submitted as clip evidence

3. How We Use Your Information

• To create and manage your account
• To process wallet top-ups via Razorpay
• To send UPI payouts via RazorpayX within 72 hours of approval
• To verify clip submissions and calculate earnings
• To detect and prevent fraud (fake views, bot traffic, multiple accounts)
• To send transactional emails (account activity, payout confirmations)
• To improve platform features and performance
• To comply with Indian tax and legal requirements

4. Information Sharing

We share data only with:

• Razorpay / RazorpayX: for payment collection and UPI payouts (subject to Razorpay's privacy policy)
• Law enforcement: when legally required under Indian law

5. Data Security

• All data encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS)
• Passwords hashed using bcrypt
• Payment data handled exclusively by Razorpay (PCI-DSS Level 1)
• UPI IDs stored securely and used only for payout processing
• Database access restricted and monitored

6. Data Retention

• Active account data retained while account is active
• Transaction records retained for 7 years (Indian tax compliance)
• Deleted account data removed within 30 days except legally required records

You have the right to:

• Access your personal data
• Correct inaccurate information
