Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By creating an account on Musubi, you agree to these Terms of Service. Musubi is operated by Aditya Yadav, Jaipur, Rajasthan, India. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Platform Description

Musubi is a performance-based content marketing platform where:

  • Brands create campaigns with an INR budget and reward rate per 1,000 views
  • Clippers browse campaigns, create short-form video clips, post on Instagram Reels or YouTube Shorts, and submit the post link
  • Musubi verifies submissions and facilitates UPI payouts to clippers
  • Musubi charges a 10% platform fee on all campaign budgets

3. Eligibility

  • You must be 18 years or older
  • You must be based in India
  • You must provide accurate information during signup
  • One account per person — multiple accounts will be suspended

4. Brand Terms

Brands agree to:

  • Maintain sufficient wallet balance before launching campaigns
  • Ensure all campaign content requests are legal and not harmful
  • Review and approve/reject submissions honestly within campaign duration
  • Understand that the 10% platform fee is non-refundable once a campaign is launched
  • Not attempt to reverse or dispute approved payouts
  • Campaigns auto-pause when 80% of budget is spent
  • Campaigns auto-complete when end date passes

5. Clipper Terms

Clippers agree to:

  • Submit only original content created by themselves
  • Not use bots, fake views, view exchange groups, or any artificial inflation of view counts
  • Provide a valid UPI ID to receive payments
  • Submit only one clip per campaign
  • Follow all campaign guidelines provided by the brand
  • Not submit clips that violate copyright, contain illegal content, or violate platform guidelines of Instagram/YouTube
  • Minimum payout threshold is ₹500 — earnings below this remain in pending until threshold is met
  • Payouts are processed within 72 hours of brand approval via UPI

6. Platform Fee

  • Musubi charges 10% of the total campaign budget as a platform fee
  • This fee is deducted from the brand's wallet when the campaign launches
  • The platform fee is non-refundable under any circumstances once a campaign is active
Example: A ₹10,000 campaign incurs a ₹1,000 non-refundable platform fee upon launch.

7. Payments and Payouts

  • All transactions are in Indian Rupees (INR)
  • Wallet top-ups processed via Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking)
  • Clipper payouts processed via RazorpayX to registered UPI IDs
  • Payout timeline: within 72 hours of brand approval
  • Minimum payout: ₹500
  • Failed payouts are retried automatically; if unresolved the amount is returned to the campaign budget
  • Musubi is not responsible for delays caused by banking systems or UPI infrastructure

8. Fraud and Prohibited Activities

The following will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all pending earnings:

  • Fake views, bot traffic, or view exchange of any kind
  • Creating multiple accounts
  • Submitting clips not created by you
  • Brands attempting to avoid paying clippers for legitimate work
  • Any attempt to manipulate the platform's algorithms or metrics
  • Submitting illegal, defamatory, or copyright-infringing content

9. Intellectual Property

  • Brands retain ownership of their campaign content and brand assets
  • Clippers retain ownership of clips they create
  • By submitting a clip, clippers grant Musubi a limited license to display the clip within the platform for campaign purposes

10. Account Suspension and Termination

  • Musubi reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
  • Users may delete their account by contacting adityayadav6661@gmail.com
  • Upon termination for fraud, all pending earnings are forfeited
  • Upon voluntary deletion, pending earnings above ₹500 will be paid out within 7 business days

11. Limitation of Liability

Musubi's total liability to any user shall not exceed the amount paid by or to that user in the 30 days preceding the claim. Musubi is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

12. Dispute Resolution

  • We aim to resolve all disputes within 48 hours
  • Unresolved disputes subject to arbitration under Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996
  • Jurisdiction: Courts of Jaipur, Rajasthan, India

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.

14. Changes to Terms

We will notify users 7 days before material changes take effect via email. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
